Rosentic is building the compatibility verification layer for a world where AI agents write code in parallel. We're looking for one founding engineer to help build it.
Rosentic's engine parses repositories using tree-sitter AST analysis across 11 languages, normalizes code into a compatibility graph, and detects conflicts between branches. It already works and has found real conflicts in repos it had never seen before.
You'd own the core engine and take it from a working prototype to production infrastructure.
This is not a job. There is no salary yet. This is a founding role at a pre-seed startup where you'd be building the core product alongside the founder. The expectation is nights-and-weekends collaboration until funding closes.
Early contributors receive meaningful equity and have the opportunity to transition into full-time founding team members once the seed round is secured. Rosentic is targeting a $5-8M seed.
Drop your email and a few words about your background. No resume needed.
Experienced engineers in program analysis, developer tooling, or static analysis who want to help shape Rosentic's architecture and roadmap.
Engineering leaders who have deployed AI coding agents at scale and understand the compatibility challenges teams face.
